Obsidian cape
The Obsidian cape is one of the better overall capes that buffs every combat style equally. It does not have any requirements to equip and is fairly easy to obtain from several monsters (mostly demons) and from the Tokkul exchange. It is a popular choice for being fairly cheap and still good.
