Kebbit spikes can be looted from a caught Razor-backed kebbit at 79 Hunter. They can be crafted into Kebbit bolts with a Chisel. These Kebbit bolts are quite powerful when paired with the Hunters' crossbow. You need 81 Fletching to make these into Kebbit bolts, it grants 124 experience.
