Steel c'bow is a low level crossbow, it requires level 31 Range and is buyable from Lowe. With an Steel crossbow, you can use bolts up to steel. Steel crossbow is a one-handed weapon, this allows players to use a shield, book or a defender with it. The type of bolt will determine the ranged strength and thus the maxhit of the crossbow.
