Bolkoy is located in the Grand exchange and owns the Event points exchange and the Donator points exchange.
You can obtain Event points by completing various official events hosted by Emps-world staff, and on the Facebook page.
Donator points can be obtained by donating to Emps-World at www.emps-world.net/donate.
