You can get an earth battlestaff at Zaff's Superior Staffs! in Varrock, it is run by Zaff. The earth battlestaff costs 16 379 coins and grants an infinite supply of earth runes when worn. The earth battlestaff requires lv 1 magic and lv 30 attack to be worn. It offers a good melee attack bonus as well as the same magic strength bonus as the staff of earth.
