The Red partyhat is one of the most recognized Partyhats because of it's offensive bonuses and low requirements to equip, making it a more optional headgear to use if you're a low level. Like some of the partyhats, this partyhat can only be obtained by using a Crystal key on the Crystal chest in the Dark warriors' fortress. Partyhats obtained through the Crystal chest are not to be confused with Donator partyhats.
