1038.png The Red partyhat is one of the most recognized Partyhats for it's offensive bonuses and for it's low requirements to equip, making it a more optional headgear to use if a low level. Like the rest of the partyhats, they can only be obtained by using a Crystal key on the Crystal chest in the Dark warriors' fortress.
