The Elemental staff is a rare drop from Chronozon. It requires 70 Magic to equip and supplies you with an infinite amount of Air, Water, Earth and Fire runes when equipped.

It can be upgraded into 4 elemental variants by using an elemental crystal on the staff, increasing the magic accuracy to +100 and the magic requirement to level 80, but making it degradable after 5000 hits into the original Elemental staff or the crystal that was used to upgrade it:
