The Zuriel's staff is a strong ancient weapon obtained as a rare drop from the Spectral attendant. It requires 78 Magic to equip.

Once used in combat a Zuriel's staff is no longer tradeable and can only be repaired by using Ancient energy on it. Recharging them to full with the ancient energy will not make them tradable again. After dealing damage with the staff 3000 times, auto-attack or spell, it will crumbles into dust if not recharged in time.
