Items of Zamorak will protect you when you enter the Zamorak part in the Godwars dungeon. This means the Monsters that reside there will not be agressive towards you. This is usually done to farm the Zamorak killcount you need to enter K'ril Tsutsaroth in peace.
A wide variety of items aligned with the god Zamorak can be used to protect yourself, simply having them equipped is sufficient.
