The Obsidian cape is one of the better overall capes that buffs every combat style equally. It does not have any requirements to equip. It is obtainable as a drop from several monsters. You can also buy the cape at the Tokkul exchange for 15,066 tokkuls. It is a popular choice for being fairly cheap and still good.
