Red chinchompas can be caught by members with Box trapping with the Hunter skill at level 73, rewarding you with 954 Hunter experience. You can find them north of Falador. When you loot one they will reward you with 1 red chinchompa (they stack in your inventory).

Players can equip them at 55 Range to use them as a throwing weapon. Red chinchompas are a bit better than their grey counterpart, Chinchompas. They can damage 9 targets in a square around the main target.
