The Karamja volcano dungeon can be accessed by travelling to Karamja and then climbing down near a rock on top of the volcano. Players can also use a Ring of duelling to teleport to the Obsidian caves and then go through the exit to enter the dungeon.
At the Karamja volcano players can enter the Obsidian caves and kill some monsters. Elvarg the dragon is also here, but currently has no function in Emps-World.
