TzHaar (NPC) can be found in the Obsidian caves. Some of them can be traded to open the Tokkul exchange. Most of them can be killed to obtain Tokkul.

TzHaar is weak to any water type of damage and players will benefit from a 50% accuracy boost if they attack TzHaar with proper damage type.
