We celebrate this event as well in Emps-World. The event can begin ~20 days before 31st of october and/or exceed 20 days after 31st of october. This mostly depends on our game developer Thomy. During the event you can obtain skulls to exchange them for rewards in Draynor manor, Grim Reaper store.
