When you use the elixir on the Spirit shield, you will consume 70 Prayer points, thus requiring a minimum of 70 Prayer to bless it.

A player may attach a sigil to a Blessed spirit shield, creating a powerful offensive spirit shield. This requires a Crafting level of 90.
