It definitely was doubled. The chance for a barrow item is 1:4 now, before it was 1:8. I suppose you're just being unlucky atm... :(

More drop improvements will come during the day! Lesser demons, chaos elemental, hellhounds, rellekka Slayer Cave... Pretty much every npc that is not a dragon or in GWD!
