Party room has been added (with fireworks!). :kappa:
The combat experience rates have been increased. You now get 80 xp per hit instead of 40. The reason for this is that new players are having a too hard time in Emps-World. Moreover, new players will now also start with 10 free member days and 5k cash instead of 1k. In general we want to make the start easier.
Scheduled free member and double experience weekends are coming because people are always enjoying these specials. It's pretty easy now because every weekend will either be free member or double xp. (Just like it used to be) Starting off with double xp next weekend. In 2 weeks we'll have free member. In 3 weeks double experience again, I suppose you already get the schedule. ;)
Crystal bow bug fixed. You can no longer use enchanted bolts with a crystal bow

I like the fact the getting combat skill higher will be more worth while.
but if your going to put x2 skill rates plus double xp weekend which will be x4 at that point.
might be too much.

Seems like prayer (and magic I've heard) are unaffected by these changes.

Why did yall increase comabt xp what the hell, yall guys maxed your combat stats with no 2x was it hard ? no... combat is not that hard why to increase ? increase maybe some skilling xp like agility or something, Combat is easy already ...

It used to be 80 xp in old emps scape, until it was moved to 40xp in 2010-2013 or something. Also agility xp has already been doubled a couple updates before!
This should be a bit more welcoming for new players ;)

2012 july/august. So basically the 40 xp per hit existed only for 6-7 months lol.

40 xp per hit also existed in 2007-2009, whenever I joined Emps-Scape.

duel arena: if both players die at the same time neither wins and any staked items are returned.

You do if you use a bone club or a skull sceptre.

If you wanna say all combat except prayer got buffed in xp rates, be my guest, but prayer is a combat skill lel.

Still working.
It happens more often in my opinion. I did like 15 stakes 6-7 times a guy attacked earlier.
