There is none monsters in game which drops decent amount of z wines. My suggestion add zammy wines (1-5 noted) drop to Gargoyles.
Cuz its wierd then u can't buy ranging potion 100k each

That's 100% their choice. If I were to go for 99 herb, I would calculate what I need, put up a topic on the forum buying it and start gathering stuff.
No need to waste your time buying stuff.

Grand exchange will fix that problem mostly

+ ppl in the past used to have midlevel players working for them to gather supplies to get a reliable source of them.

They are dropped by Monks of Zamorak, but I would like to see them as a Gargoyle's drop.

The zamorak mages in barb dungeon drop them 30% of the time..
You just have to know where to find them.
Werewolves drop them too (too low to kill them just for the wines, although they have good drops for mid level players all around)

I might think about adding them to uhm hellhounds, noted 1-2 regular common drop.
