I quite like this idea, maybe we could have some sort of npc which you could talk to in order to skull instantly, obviously it would explain what skulling actually did (for those new players) and it could have a right click option for those quick kill pkers.

I have seen a lot of pkers just randomly attacking people for the skull and going off to kill their main target, I'm not sure if this is needed or not you would have to ask those pkers.

The weird herman guy could do that maybe (he warns you about the wildy and walks around somewhere in edge near the wall of wildy)

Not everyone are pkers, not necassary imo, if you go kill wyrm or smth then skull can cost you valuable stuff.

disagree,this will not only will this prevent  pvmers from going into the wildy,it will also ruin pvp between two players that don't have the same risk
for example vesta vs dh or something like that.
