That would be just OP, and it's called Zamorakian SPEAR , spears have always been two-handed.

Zamorakian Spear itself is really powerful. therefore, making it one-handed will make it more powerful because of the def the shield could give. Even players who have dragon armor can hit over 40+ with it.

if you want the one handed zamorak item, then just suggest a zamorak hasta in suggestions section, it will be a little less slower than hasta and a bit less powered than z spear.

I swear.. These noobs want to nerf god bows and rod and other fast attack items they cant afford into the ground because they are"OP" but want buffs on items like z spear because they already have one? seriously? think before you post. these changes would make z spear ridiculously unbalanced in the way that our combat system works. Ideas like this would absolutely ruin Emps-World. Go back to playing LoL on your crappy EU servers. Go and flame riot for their nerfs/buffs. We don't need that here.
