Title: Veteran capes.

I suggest to add Veteran cape to the server.. Since the server hasnt been on for 10 years yet i suggest to add just the Veteran cape (5 year)

After the server will reach 10 years.. Veteran cape (10 year) can be added.

Well I would agree, but I don't think that they have records on when players first registered to Emps-World, let alone after having a server shut down of Emps-Scape.

But I agree to something like this, if possible.

Nah, I'd prefer other kinds of 'awards' if any, for older players.

I don't see a need for these.  Also, I don't believe we can check to see when someone started.

I think this would be an amazing idea for the likes of myself and other long-term Emps-Players. However, as the aforementioned comments suggest, finding out exactly when a player first joined Emps may be difficult to find out.
