Scale back the mining requirments for ores

This is regarding the recent changes. Addy, for example, now requires 57 smithing to smelt but 70 mining to mine, which is rather inconsistent. Throughts?

I don't see a real problem because smithing is harder to train. But it does make sense what you suggest.

Smithing itself is actually really fast, gathering bars might cause some trouble, but mining is more time-consuming to train, which makes it harder than smithing.
