someone already suggested this about 250m xp max cape 
what about after we kill every boss we should get archiement like a boss and cape
after we kill like 500 each we get archiement final boss and cape
and after like 1-2k kills we get archiemen insane boss and cape?
what u guys think maybe it would bring pvmers to do some grind

Completionist and completionist cape (t) are definitely on the radar but there is no point releasing them (yet) when there's still plenty of possible content to be released to their requirements.
Just fyi completionist cape (t) is fully configured and it exists in-game but there's no way to obtain it. Only thing it's missing are to-be-added requirements to wear it. :)

Adding to that, broadcasting someone's rare drop with a following killcount would be nice to see as I think it would bring more competitiveness into PvMing.
That would include boss rare drops.
