Title: New boards

When I was scrolling through the ''Guides'' section I noticed it was pretty messy, this wasn't a problem back in the days.
My suggestion is to rename the board ''Guides'' into ''Official Guides'' and change the permissions to reply only for normal members.

Also make a so called Child Board to the Official Guides named ''User-created Guides''.
This board is to post your guides

When the staff team thinks your guide is good enough to be an official guide they will be able to move your topic to the ''Official Guides'' section.

I support distinguishing Official Guides from User Created Guides. 
This would really help players in finding helpful guides.

I agree, there's quite a few guides that don't make much sense and it gets pretty annoying haha :)
