last bank tab saved upon closing

i noticed while skilling that every time after closing your bank, it goes back to tab 0. Would make it less irritating when your last tab seen is saved upon closing and re-opening.

This was changed due to a bug with the bank tabs.

It could be brought back after that's fixed up, I'm all for that.

If you scroll down on the main tab, it saves that location whenever you open your bank.  Therefore, if you scroll down to your skilling supplies, it will always open to them.

Yes, this is very good idea. It is very annoying to click always to the tab your items you need are at. IMO removing the old tab showing thingy because of one bug which occurs rarely isn't worth it.
