I've always seen that Orange hit icon but never knew what is it for (High hit for sure) but how it shows up. ORANGE ICON PLS.

If this can be toggled, there shouldn't be much debate about whether you prefer this or the original, as both would be an option.  I like the idea, and it would be interesting to see.

Also, as far as I know, the orange splat represents a critical hit.

I have a neutral opinion on these. I do like them but are they really needed. They also don't seem to be wanted by the looks of things.
