Title: "Help" Megathread pinned at the top of general discussion

I think there should be a "help" megathread posted and pinned at the top of general discussion to help people who are new to the game, with links to Gabe's newcomer guide, and other commonly asked questions with guides for answers.
Like a FAQ thread, but posted with links.

For example, you could post all the most useful guides in lines like this:

How to run emps-world on a mac:
http://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=4182.0

Newcomer Guide:
http://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=2763.0

Warriors guild (To get defenders and torso)
http://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=233.0

Helpdesk:
http://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=2560.0


Something like that.

And players could post questions, and they could be added to the thread, and answered, so that players who ask those same questions would have an answer in the thread. And players who search for a "help" thread would find this one first.

Ow stahp it you  ::). Would be a nice idea though. Could help a lot of players. Maybe add the thing on how to donate aswell.

After reading gabes guide i don't really think it's needed tho

Thing is, people don't type beginner guide, they type “help” XD And having it pinned would make it easier to find.

I just think there needs to be a "Questions" or "Help" topic on forums because the "General discussion" topic shouldn't be full of questions..

Meh, I don't think those topics should be sticky.

However if the ''Guides'' board gets renamed in ''Official guides'' (a board where normal members can't post topics, but they can post replies). And ofcourse make a Child board called ''User-created Guides'' where people can post topics & replies.

This would be a great idea. I've actually always wanted new players to become more educated on how to do things on this game. This seems to be the answer.
