why do h ween masks have no stats theres nothing 0 its not worth donating for there should be some bonuses

They're cosmetic items to compliment outfits and boast one's wealth.  The same applies to the partyhats and Santa hats.

There are many alternatives for items with stats. If you're looking for stats, go to those. Donating for something that gives extra bonuses to the one willing to pay with money is kinda unfair to those who may be faced against them in PvP.

It's just to look fancy I don't really see why it needs bonusses, and even if they got bonusses I wouldn't see anyone using them.
