1. We have a post count why we dont have titles like elite member/dharok member
stuff like that and your title depends on your post count.

2. Reputation:If you help players they will rep+ you I hope you like my suggestion.
Arc could you work on it?

I disagree, i do not see any bright side in this suggestion.
There is no use for it, and people will farm reputation.

Sure I agree with the postcount thing, even though it was removes from old forums for a reason.

Ppl are already hunting for postcount numbers... I had to delete 82 individual posts made by a postcount hunter a week ago or so.
Giving ranks and reputation will only increase that hunting and will cause players to vote for their own accounts with spam accounts to have some sort of meaning in the community. I think we had reputation before (didn't we?) I had the highest though :P
We also had newbie, senior member and stuff before, even made userbars for those!

Even the postcount was removed from the Emps forums before, so I don't think we will get anything like this, but ofcourse you're free to suggest :)

I don't really see the need for this, since it'll just end up in "REP+ ME PLX", lol.
