For Spirit Seeds:
>Spirit tree function as teleportation method as well for non-members(not including Al-Kharid which is members-only area)

For Allotment/Fruit Farming:
>Noted Watermelon/Sweetcorn/Strawberry and other allotment goodies.

sure for the allotment and fruit farming. but as for spirit trees idk, if thomy wanted to have it function as teleport to certain areas, he'd probably do it in the first place. But it could be a thing, if majority upvotes for the idea, tho you'd have to suggest areas that it'd teleport you to

The spirit trees would give tree patches a use after 99 if the player isn't going for 200M or 250M. They'd allow easy access between Varrock and Catherby for skillers, for example. Teleports are easy to acquire though, so it's not really that necessary.
