It was mainly removed to bring the community to a smaller area instead of spreading people all over the map. There's a falador teleport in the regular spellbook, use it. We even have falador teleport tablets which are easy to come by. Those examples you mentioned are just horrible, skillcapes can be bought from Thomy at barbarian village, there are closer banks than Falador, very few people use perfect gold bars.
Pretty much the only thing that suffered from removing the falador park tele was mining mith, adamant and runite ores. You have to sacriface 1/3 inventory spots to bring teleports. People are too accustomed having that falador park tele in quest tab. That same teleport still basically exists, it's just in different place.
