A majority of players can't convert the time, and that doesn't give their location whatsoever... GMT +2 is multiple countries.

How does that relate to anything?
Most countries in Europe is gmt 1-3.
When the staff members host an event, they usually say +GMT 1 OR + GMT2 in their topic.
If you are too lazy to convert the time, then you are too lazy to participate.
You dont need someones location to know what the time is in your country.
Gmt +2 will always be Gmt +2

Well if you contact Es Dexter from GMT +2, he can help you with Estonian. GMT +2 also has Lithuania, which is a totally different country, with a different language. So if I wanted a Lithuanian translation , would I contact Es Dexter from GMT +2? No. You contact someone from Lithuania. Therefor, timezone doesn't help whatsoever, and adding location would be much better.

We got helpdesk system for a reason, they get assigned for a reason. I dont get it.

Yeah, they could make a ticket, but that has nothing to do really with what I suggested. It would make the player happy faster, instead of waiting. But Alright.

The country of mods currently barely matters. If we have an arabian report for Fate, he will hand it over to Pure_Ranged1, for example. It works out fine this way.

We currently have staff members from almost any country (with a language other than english) where most players come from: Estonia, Lithuania, Arabic countries and the Netherlands.

I'm going to get the country flags' icons so maybe they would be added to the staff member list.
