Built in screenshot tool to client

Basically you would just press a hotkey (F12 maybe?) and it takes a screenshot of the whole client and saves it to C:\Users\name\.emps_world\screenshots
Would make it quite handy to take in-game screenshots for sharing your achievements, bugs for bug reports and screenshots for helpdesk for example.

Could just use printscreen for it. Putting it onto desktop by default but giving you the ability to change it might be helpful, it'd certainly make the screenshots a lot easier to find for certain people.

Would rather get rid of the file upload and force people to use imgur though.
