Barrelchest anchor has an extremely innaccurate special attack. What i am suggesting is an accuracy buff, or a special attack that only takes 1/2 of special attack energy, so you at least have two chances for a hit.
This may be balanced by the very high max, but having a high max doesn't matter if it will never land a hit anyway.

Well the accuracy is low because it's not that expensive of an item and it can hit really high so I don't think it needs a buff to be honest.

A barrelchest anchor requires 50 attack and 60 strength to wield, as far as I know, yet its special attack hits higher than an Ags' special attack. It's meant to be inaccurate; otherwise, it would be far too overpowered, especially considering its low requirements.

In some ways I agree but in some ways I don't.
For the likes of pures, an Anchor would be a great weapon to use but the accuracy sucks.
On the other hand, having it hit so high all the time would just cause havoc.
I have mixed opinions on this.
