okay, so i've noticed that the spirit shields are still pretty much a "decorative" item, because they have no defence against dragons, mostly the divine one, because if you go bossing you will never use a cross bow, you will probably use one of the god bows, like z bow or sara bow, and if you go dragons, you can't take a divine with you because you will die. and a lot of emps world monsters that drops something good, and are asigned as a slayer tasks are dragons, and the spirit shields are the best in game, but you can't do anything with them against dragons, so that kinda sucks.
so my suggestion is: make spirit shields protect over dragon fire breaths.

The anti-dragon and dragonfire shields exist to protect against dragonfire, that's what they're for. By your logic we should also make dragon defender protect against dragonfire. Instead, suggest antifire and super-antifire potions.

People don't go bossing with zamorak bow just because divine sucks. They could also wear dfs.

They go because zamorak bow and arrows is the best way to kill noob monsters like dragons.

Rubys are for high monsters. Dragon bolts for pk. Emerald bolts are just mithril bolts that poison etc.. (poison with emerald bolts, continue killing with zbow) you dont go looking for high defense on bosses, you want both, good defence and good hits. Bolts don't offer any hits tbh

Bolts aren't meant for pvm, at least not in emps. They suck in emps and therefore people use zbows.

Ah good point, but if the spirit shields gave the ability to protect from dragons they wouldn't have to swap when they go to kill them. The dragonfire shield should give the unique ability to protect from dragons, this includes things like anti-fire pots (if they ever get added).

I disagree, only certain shields are dedicated to protect us from the dragons' fire.
