I made the form more simple, partly because I don't really like the glow effect very much anymore and partly because I'll play around with the effects randomly anyway. You only needed to write the username and theme. Also there's a bit of a problem with the payment you offered for this, I don't really have time to play the game, so I no longer accept payments, but if you still want to pay then feel free to sacrifice it to Charr, the God of Sinking by dropping the payment in a secluded location and letting it disappear, I'm sure that would please Charr. It's completely optional though, because between you and me, I don't think that Charr is a real god.
