I was quite surprised you're not able to get guthix, saradomin and zamorak plateskirts from elites or I just got insanely unlucky on those.
I got two 3rd age druidic pieces which I got within 500 first I opened, 248th and 498th.

Yeah it's 1 in 1k chance to get one. People who happen to get them are very lucky considering how many elites you can do per hour.

That's the average you can expect from 2k clues, actually. The current drop rates are fine though, in my opinion. If every player completed 10 clues on our peak player count, on average 1 third-age item would enter the game per day.
