It's decent for training 99 ranged. Seercull requires 95 slayer to get and is only lvl 60 weapon, black salamander require lvl 90+ hunter, with karil's you gotta do constant barrows runs if you don't want to run out of ammo and godbows are only available from gwd, obviously.
