It's quite obvious. Blood barrage in max mage gear. 2-4 mage pot/sbrew, rest mantas.

Suppose you could replace the mantas with brews then. Though that would be slightly inefficient due to having to re-pot every time you eat.

i take 1 magic pot 1 super def 1 super restor and only mantas :)+runes

Sara brew would give you a bit more healing & higher def bonus. Super restore would be a waste of space due to the altar being available pretty much when needed. Setup could've been better.
