You still can get the exact same forum layout.
Go to profile > modify profile > look and layout > change current theme to Bright Forest. Viola.

and inb4 charr says something stupid about nostalgia.

Wow, you made my day bro, I can't leave it (the old forums) - I can't stop reading the old topics, rules, etc.
