Title: You can take low level slayer tasks , and you dont need membership

This is only in barbarian village , you can take low level slayer tasks and you can make slayer level , you dont need a membership. Im not sure , is this a glitch or not?

Hunding slayer tasks are available to all players as a feature
Any other slayer masters require membership
