Title: You can't see snowdrifts & burrows in Fremennik islands with VBOs on

You cannot see snowdrifts and burrows in Fremennik islands with VBO mode enabled. Not sure if this also occurs in snow environment near Rellekka.

There appears to be a problem with the snow drift's textures. If you disable Model Textures, you can see them at both graphic modes.
