Title: you can register accounts with 13 characters but only 12 is allowed ingame

Reason I say it dont matter is cause they would have to know what they are doing to still get a account with charlength 13.
'http://emps-world.net/scripts/register.php' needs to be changed to 12 not 13. Cause you can still create accounts with 13 chars.
