Title: Wizards dropping notes

Wizards in both Varrock and south of Falador are dropping noted wizard (g) skirts that don't stack in your inventory.

The items are also sent to the bank noted

Next update will make the wizard (g) and (t) sets properly noteable. Thanks for the bug report.
