I just created this topic to say something about it, couldnt talk under hes topic.

I think its not bug, but its not 100% cause of hes internet. It really happend with many of us. Suddenly whole my friendlist logged out and back in. It happend with me aswell.
I played with 2 accounts and one of them just randomly disconnected. It happend many times, like more than 5 times.

I do not know what caused it or how to reproduce it but it wasnt caused by bad or same internet provider.

We still can't go anywhere without proof.

We still can't go anywhere without proof.

What proofs can be taken about disconnections?

We still can't go anywhere without proof.

What proofs can be taken about disconnections?
Videos of you dcing multiple times, though that still wouldn't really count as it could be just internet related.

So, there is none. So lets just forget this that it happend. Everyone lives go on and nothing happens. So what happens if it happens again? And again? No proves can be taken. So what happens then? I just quit this game cause I cant play it correctly, all the time dc. And noone knows what caused it. And if dc happens with many players?
Im not sayng i will actually quit, just some thoughts of mine..

Investigate if it's caused by any actions you take ingame, maybe a certain set of actions dc's you.

It IS your job to provide us with some kind of information as to what occurs with the bug and how it is caused. We won't spend any time on a 'bug' if people are just saying it happened without any of us seeing it happen or without any proof.

So please, provide us with EXACTLY what you did before you dced the next time you do. This includes EVERY ACTION, eating, switching weapons/armour, etc. So we can properly test the thing.

First of all, we don't need any kind of proof!! If somebody claims to have disconnects or lags, that's valid. I'll always look into the issue but cannot promise that we're able to really resolve it.

Most likely the issue is with your provider. When you disconnect from emps, can you check if other connections are fine? Just open a browser and try to connect to google.com. We'll then immediately know if it's specifically the connection to the emps server, or your connection in general!

If you're experiencing lag often, please refer to following topic: https://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?topic=2321.0 We need to do some network analysis to find the real problem with your connection.
