i used the scroll of double Exp, but i dont see the time.

Was the item called double exp scroll or scroll of death?

Make sure you are using the latest client. You can fetch the latest client from http://emps-world.net/Emps-World.jar

It appears that the classic client had a bug with displaying the double xp text. I highly recommend you use the openGL client! Nonetheless, the next client update will fix the problem for the classic client.
