when item on the ground drop from monster bug.

today i was at the blue dragon and at barbarian and i saw this bug.
here is the screenshots:http://imgur.com/a/eqDYi
and even sometimes the items disappear but on the minimap there still a red dot and right click u will see the item.
and sometimes the items look so weird and giant check out the screenshots.
