Title: what the hell!?!

I was checking my bank, when i saw this guys. At first I thought its bugged NPC, but then i right-clicked him I noticed its a player standing and doing some emotion over and over again. Anyone saw this too?

Maybe just bugged anims or he's disconnecting from the server.

I saw that player yesterday, I told him to change his character appearance because I don't think it is legal to have a missed parts in the character like that one above.
Typing the command ::resetme would work too.
