It's really hard to guess that by just taking a look at the screenshot. By any chance, do you know how the flag landed there? Can you reproduce it?

Someone got killed with flag so he dropped it , but flag should go back to home if you click it but it doesnt and it was there then and didnt moved to anywhere by clicking or something.
